It’s been a miserable week and haven’t felt like blogging at all. A friend lost his life yesterday on the racetrack and it’s knocked me for six. I’m really struggling to come to terms with it. I also found out my Uncle has malignant cancer which is taking hold very quickly.

Not much else to say except I’m trying to sort the house out and the pets and also trade and it’s not mixing so well. Going to try and relax and get my head round things over the weekend and try and focus on the future.

Over and out.

Oh, poor you, you’ve been having such a tough time lately. It’s very hard to come to terms with a tragic accident – it just makes no sense at all. I think you are right to try and focus on the future with your wife and little girl and try and make a new start with your new life in Australia. Thinking of you, Dawn

Please don’t accuse me of going all religious on you but, nevertheless, after reading your blog today, I couldn’t help thinking of the famous words of Jesus as recorded in the Gospel of Matthew…

“26 What good will it be for a man if he gains the whole world, yet forfeits his soul? Or what can a man give in exchange for his soul?”

Food for thought on where, perhaps, our priorities should lie.

Sorry to hear that mate. Take some timeout with the family and focus on trading only when you can.
